Paragraph 35 Amendments of Part 4 of FA 2004 (pension schemes etc)

Paragraph 12 (interpretation) is amended as follows.

Omit sub-paragraphs (1A) to (4).

In sub-paragraph (5), for “4A(2)” substitute “3C(2)”.
