Section 137 Regulations in respect of linked long term policies.

In section 78(2) of the M1Insurance Companies Act 1982 (regulations in respect of linked long term policies) after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—
“(aa) restricting the proportion of those benefits which may be determined by reference to property of a specified description or a specified index;".
