Section 17 Applications for recognition.
United Kingdom
A professional body may apply to the Secretary of State for an order declaring it to be a recognised professional body for the purposes of this Act.
Subsections (2) to (6) of section 9 above shall have effect in relation to an application under subsection (1) above as they have effect in relation to an application under subsection (1) of that section.
