Article 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2013.

(2)

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Financial Services Act 2012;

  • “the 1998 Act” means the Bank of England Act 1998f1;

  • “the 2000 Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000f2.
