(c)

section 24 and the italic heading before it.

In Schedule 2 (cash ratio deposits), in paragraph 1(1A)(c), for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ”.

In Schedule 7 (restriction on disclosure of information), in paragraph 3, in the Table—

(a)

for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “ Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority ”, and

(b)

omit the entry relating to the competent authority for the purposes of Part 6 of the Financial Services Act 2000.
