Article 9D Applications for certificatesF1

The following provisions of the Act apply to applications to F2the FCA for certificates under 9C (and the determination of such applications) as they apply to applications for Part IV permissions (and the determination of such applications)—
section 55U(1)(b) and (4) to (8);
section 55V;
section 55X(2) and (4)(f); and
section 55Z3(1).
