In article 14 (ill-health award) —

(a)

in paragraph (1) for the words “shall be entitled” substitute “shall, unless immediately before his retirement an election under article 56A(1) not to pay pension contributions had effect, be entitled”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)(a) for the words “5 years'” substitute “2 years'”.
