Section 9 Interpretation.

In this Act, except where the context otherwise requires—

• “factory” means a factory licensed under the principal Act;

• “magazine” means a magazine licensed under the principal Act;

• “the principal Act” means the M1Explosives Act 1875,

and other expressions have the same meanings as in the principal Act.
