Section 2 Dissolution of other funding bodiesI1
The following bodies are dissolved on such date as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint—
(a)
the Scottish Further Education Funding Council (established under section 7(1) of the 1992 Act); and
(b)
the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council (established by section 37(1) of that Act).
