Section 6 Fundable bodiesI1

Scotland

F1(1)

In this Act, “ fundable body ” means—

(a)

any body specified in schedule 2; and

(b)

any regional strategic body (see section 7B).

(2)

In this Act, any reference to a fundable F2post-16 education body means a body specified in F3schedule 2.
