(1)

A person who—

(a)

is the child of a Turkish worker (“T”), where T was ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom immediately before IP completion day;

(b)

immediately before IP completion day—

(i)

was the child of T; and

(ii)

was ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom;

(c)

is ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom on the first day of the designated further education course; and

(d)

has been ordinarily resident in the territory comprising the United Kingdom, F2... the European Economic Area, Switzerland F3, Turkey and the overseas territories throughout the three-year period preceding the first day of the first academic year of the course.
