(1)
If the holder of a permit ceases to be a members' club (whether or not it becomes a commercial club), a commercial club or a miners' welfare institute, the permit shall lapse.
(2)
But this paragraph does not apply to a permit issued in pursuance of an application to which paragraph 10 applies.
