Section 11 Register of licencesI1
F1The Secretary of State must maintain a register of persons licensed under this Act.
The register shall contain such particulars as the F2Secretary of State may determine of every person who for the time being holds a licence or whose activities are authorised by a licence (whether or not they are named in the licence).
The F3Secretary of State shall ensure that appropriate arrangements are in force for allowing members of the public to inspect the contents of the register.
