Paragraph 17

for any reference to a river authority and to statutory water undertakers there shall be substituted respectively references to F1the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and to F2Scottish Water ;

for any reference to Part IV of Schedule 1 to the M1Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) Act 1946 there shall be substituted a reference to Part IV of Schedule 1 to the M2Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947.
