Section 4C Binding decisions of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators and of the European CommissionF1

The Authority must carry out its functions under this Part in the manner that it considers is best calculated to implement, or to ensure compliance with, any binding decision of the Agency or the European Commission made under the Gas Directive, the Gas Regulation or the Agency Regulation F3(or the predecessor of the Agency Regulation) in relation to gas.
