Section 35 Penalties
I1(1)
A person convicted of a trading offence or an advertising offence is liable—
(a)
on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding £20,000,
(b)
on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
I2(2)
A person convicted of a ticket touting offence or an obstruction offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
