Where such a request as is mentioned in regulation 30 is contained in the form mentioned in that regulation or where an application mentioned in regulation 32 is made, a fee of F2£27 shall be sent to the Secretary of State with that form or, as the case may be, with that application.

F5... Where the time appointed for a re-examination under regulation 33 is, at the request of the person required to submit the vehicle for re-examination, out of hours, the fee in respect of the re-examination shall be increased by F6£13.00.

Any sum payable by virtue of F8paragraph (2) F9... shall be paid to the Secretary of State on or before the date appointed for the re-examination.
