Section 296 Workplace parking levy.I1

(1)

Each of the following bodies, namely—

(a)

Transport for London,

(b)

any London borough council, or

(c)

the Common Council,

may establish and operate schemes for the licensing of persons providing workplace parking places in Greater London.

(2)

Schedule 24 to this Act (which makes provision supplementing this section) shall have effect.
