Article 34C is amended as follows.

After paragraph (1)(g) insert—
“(h)Article 5c(7) of the Activity Level Changes Regulationf1 (activity level changes: average activity level omitting 2020 data);
(i)article 20(5) of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2023 (free allocation for 2024 and 2025 scheme years: lime and malt extract).”.
