Paragraph 11 I1

In this Schedule—

• “designated body” means a body for the time being designated under this Schedule;

• “the effective date”, in relation to a designated body, has the meaning given in paragraph 3;

• “graduate” has the same meaning as in section 65.

References in this Schedule to a body that is suitable to be designated under this Schedule are to be read in accordance with paragraph 4.
