Section 78 (financial years of higher education corporations) is amended as follows.

In the heading, at the end insert “ : Wales ”.

In subsection (1), after “higher education corporations” insert “ in Wales ”.

After subsection (2) insert—

“(3)

In this section “higher education corporation in Wales” means a higher education corporation established to conduct an institution whose activities are carried on, or principally carried on, in Wales.”
