In this Part—

• “Council” has the meaning given by section 92;

• “humanities” includes the arts;

• “knowledge exchange” has the meaning given by section 93;

• “research and innovation strategy” has the meaning given by section 99;

• “science” includes social sciences.

In this Part, a reference to the United Kingdom includes a reference to any part of the United Kingdom.
