The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food ( “the Minister”) being a Minister designatedM1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972M2 as regards the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by that sectionM3, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
