Regulation 7 Revocation

The following Regulations are revoked—

(a)

the Homelessness Regulations 1996^f1, in so far as they extend to England;

(b)

regulations 4 and 5 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) Regulations 1997^f2, in so far as they extend to England;

(c)

regulation 3 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997^f3, in so far as they extend to England; and

(d)

regulations 4 and 5 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) (England) Regulations 1999^f4.
