This paragraph applies to F1a company (including a company that is a registered charity) whose registration as a social landlord has been recorded by the registrar of companies.

F2(2)

The company must notify the Welsh Ministers of any change to—

(a)

its name;

(b)

the address of its registered office;

(c)

its articles of association.
