Article 5.6 Allowing inspection of proofsI1
England and Wales
The housing administrator must, so long as proofs delivered to the housing administrator are in the possession of the housing administrator, allow them to be inspected, at all reasonable times on any business day, by the following—
(a)
a creditor who has delivered a proof (unless the proof has been wholly rejected for the purposes of dividend or otherwise or withdrawn);
(b)
a member of the registered provider;
(c)
a person acting on behalf of any of the above.
