Article 5.7 Admission and rejection of proofs for dividendI1

The housing administrator may admit or reject a proof for dividend (in whole or in part).

If the housing administrator rejects a proof in whole or in part, the housing administrator must deliver to the creditor a statement of the reasons for doing so, as soon as reasonably practicable.
