Article 6.3 Notice of resignationI1
England and Wales
(1)
A resigning housing administrator must, within five business days of delivering the notice under paragraph 87(2) of Schedule B1, deliver a copy of the notice to—
(a)
the relevant registry;
(b)
all persons to whom notice of intention to resign was delivered under rule 6.2.
(2)
The notice must contain—
(a)
identification details for the proceedings;
(b)
the date of the appointment of the housing administrator; and
(c)
the name of the person who made the housing administration application.
(3)
The notice must state—
(a)
the date from which the resignation is to have effect; and
(b)
where the resignation is with the permission of the court, the date on which permission was given.
