Section 26 Interpretation

In this Act—

• “the Department” means the Department for Social Development;

• “the Executive” means the Northern Ireland Housing Executive;

• “the Private Tenancies Order” means the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (NI 10).
