Paragraph 4 I1

Section 185 (persons from abroad not eligible for certain housing assistance) is amended as follows.

In subsection (4) for “another person” substitute “ a person falling within subsection (5) ”.

After subsection (4) insert—

“(5)

A person falls within this subsection if the person—

(a)

falls within a class prescribed by regulations made under subsection (2); but

(b)

is not a national of an EEA State or Switzerland.”
