for “section 170 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993” substitute “ section 13 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 ”,

(b)

for “subsection (1) of section 171” substitute “ section 14(2) ”, and

(c)

for “Urban Regeneration” substitute “ Homes and Communities ”.

Omit subsection (2).
