In paragraph 1(3)—

(a)

after “and development corporations” insert “ etc. ”, and

(b)

for “Commission for the New Towns” substitute “ Homes and Communities Agency ”.

(3)

In paragraph 5(2) for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e)
the Homes and Communities Agency;”.
