The Secretary of State for Wales in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 176(1) and (5) of the Housing Act 1985f1 as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993f2 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–

1Citation and commencement

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy Delay Procedure) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 12th December 1994.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Housing (Right to Buy Delay Procedure) (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1989f1.

2Citation and commencement

The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the corresponding forms in the Schedule to the principal Regulations for the purposes set out in regulation 2 of the principal Regulations.

3Citation and commencement

Forms substantially to the like effect to the forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations may be used.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn pennu fersiynau Cymraeg i ffurflenni hysbysiad y Rheoliadau Tai (Gweithdrefn Oediad Hawl i Brynu) (Ffurflenni Penodedig) 1989, fel y'u diwygiwyd gan y Rheoliadau Tai (Gweithdrefn Ordiad Hawl i Brynu) (Ffurflenni Penodedig) (Diwygio) 1993.

Y ffurflenni y pennir fersiynau Cymraeg ar eu cyfer o dan y Rheoliadau hyn yw:–
