Section 59 Delegation of functions relating to the registerI1

The Scottish Ministers may, to such extent and subject to such conditions as they think appropriate, delegate any of their functions under this Part (other than a function relating to the making of an order or regulations) to such person as they may determine.

A delegation under subsection (1) may be varied or revoked at any time.
