In subsection (2)(b), omit “or (4A)”.

In subsection (3)—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (c), insert “ or ”, and

(b)

omit paragraphs (ca) and (cb)(together with the “or” at the end of paragraph (cb)).

Omit subsection (4A).
