Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into force on 7th January 2002.

In these Rules a reference to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Procedure) Rules 2000^f1.
