The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 58(2) and 166(3) of, and paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 4 to, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999f1, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992f2, makes the following Rules:
