England, Wales and Scotland

Except as provided in paragraph 5, the weekly premiums specified in Part IV of this Schedule shall, for the purposes of regulations 17F1(1)(d) F2and 18(1)(e), be applicable to a claimant who satisfies the condition specified in F3~~F4paragraphs 9~~ paragraphs 8A F5to 14ZA in respect of that premium.
