Regulation 16 Persons not entitled to transitional additions

(1)
A person without accommodation shall not be entitled to a transitional addition, personal expenses addition or a special transitional addition.
(2)
A person who is in board and lodging accommodation or a hostel shall not be entitled to a special transitional addition.
F1(3)
A prisoner within the meaning of regulation 21(3) of the General Regulations (special cases) shall not be entitled to a transitional addition, personal expenses addition or special transitional addition.
