Regulation 5 Qualifying Persons (Training Providers)F3I1
Scotland
In relation to qualification as a F1Training Provider, subject to regulation 7, a person or body shall be a qualifying person if—
that person or body has registered with a F2Training Account Administrator in terms of regulation 6; and
that registration has not been suspended, withdrawn or cancelled.
