In the M1 Race Relations Act 1976—
(a)
at the end of section 13(2)(a) there shall be inserted the words “or section 1 of the Industrial Training Act 1982”; and
(b)
the definition of “ F1employment tribunal” in section 78(1) shall cease to have effect.
