Regulation 10 Direction made under section 35I1
England, Wales and Scotland
Regulations 5 and 6 shall not apply in relation to any application for consent or authorisation which is treated as an application for an order granting development consent pursuant to a direction made by the Secretary of State under F1section 35ZA(3)(a) (directions under section 35: procedural matters).
