The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995f1 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 2, Part 17A, in paragraph A.2(1)(a), at the end of sub-paragraph (iii), insert—
“or
(iv)an order granting infrastructure consent under the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024;”.
