The Nuclear Industries Security Regulations 2003f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1A), in the definition of “relevant consent” after sub-paragraph (e), insert—
“(f)infrastructure consent within the meaning of section 19 of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024.”
