The Planning (National Security Directions and Appointed Representatives) (Wales) Regulations 2006^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 6—

(a)

in paragraph (4), omit “or development of national significance”;

(b)

in paragraph (8), omit the definition of “development of national significance”.

(3)

The Regulations referred to in paragraph (1) have effect as if the amendment in paragraph (2) had not been made so far as the provisions of those Regulations relate to a development to which sections 19 and 20 do not apply by virtue of section 146 of the 2024 Act.
