The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications, Deemed Applications and Site Visits) (Wales) Regulations 2015^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 10—

(a)

omit paragraph (3)(b) and the “or” before it;

(b)

in paragraph (9)—

(i)

at the end of sub-paragraph (a), insert “or”;

(ii)

omit sub-paragraph (b).

(3)

The Regulations referred to in paragraph (1) have effect as if the amendments in paragraph (2) had not been made so far as the provisions of those Regulations relate to a development to which sections 19 and 20 do not apply by virtue of section 146 of the 2024 Act.
