The Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) Regulations 2015f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 28 (other planning approvals for projects), in paragraph (6) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)deciding an application for infrastructure consent under Part 5 of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024;”.
