(1)
This section applies for the purposes of sections 87 and 88.
(2)
“Decision document” means—
(a)
in the case of a grant of infrastructure consent, the infrastructure consent order;
(b)
in the case of a refusal of infrastructure consent, the notice of refusal given to the applicant.
(3)
“Error” includes omission.
