Paragraph 134 Rule 4.027 (Appointment of provisional liquidator)I1

In Rule 4.027(2) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(f)

a statement whether the proceedings will be main, secondary, territorial or non-EU proceedings with the reasons for so stating.”.
