Rule 7.50 Appeal against decision of Secretary of State or official receiverI1

F1(1)
An appeal under the Act or the Rules against a decision of the Secretary of State or the official receiver shall be brought within 28 days of the notification of the decision.
F2(2)
In respect of a decision under Rule 6.214A(5)(b), an appeal shall be brought within 14 days of the notification of the decision.
